The structure of fermions levels in the Schwarzschild gravitational field is considered up to the order of G^4. One uses the Dirac equation and the week Schwarzschild field approach. The relativistic terms (relativistic redefinition of the energy, perihelion shift), spin-orbit coupling and contact interaction are evaluated and the fine and hyperfine structures of levels are calculated. Agreement with the classical general relativity is obtained for relativistic terms. An important feature of the formula obtained is the absence of degeneracy of fermions levels contrary to the case of the hydrogen atom in flat space-time.
