The paper presents production spectra of secondary electrons and
positrons formed in interactions of cosmic protons with interstellar
hydrogen and subsequent decay. It is shown that the ratio e(+)/e(-) =
1.35 in the energy range 10 exp 10 to 10 exp 15 eV.
