Calculations are obtained for the field produced by a superconducting sphere that is uniformly magnetized over its volume. A neutron star is expected to produce a similar field due to the dragging of superfluid protons by neutrons. It is determined that, if the drag currents of a neutron star or the conduction currents on a superconducting sphere are sufficiently large for the magnetization produced by them to form a dense vortex structure in the sphere, then the magnetic field outside is a dipole field with a moment proportional to the volume of the sphere, while inside the field is uniform due to the dense mesh of superconducting vortices. For neutron stars, it is found that the magnetic field within them may be on the order of 6 x 10 to the 12th to 8 x 10 to the 13th G with a dipole moment on the order of 10 to the 30th to 10 to the 32nd G/cu cm.
