We propose a 70 ks observation for the X-ray counterpart of an unidentified EGRET source, RX J1836.2+5925. This source is inferred to be a radio-quiet isolated neutron star and a prototype of the Gould Belt sources. Furthermore, the spectral energy distribution from radio to gamma-ray resembles the Geminga, which is as-yet enigmatic radio-quiet gamma-ray pulsar. The goals of our observation are as follows. (1) To measure the spectral parameters precisely. (2) To detect the pulsation to understand this source, the Gould Belt sources and the Geminga. The mechanisms of the radio-quiescence under the models could be tested.
