Scientific paper

This test will help determine the levels of electronic noise effecting HRS operation. It will provide an initial evaluation of noise levels vs. orbital position. This data will be used to begin calibration of the anti-coincidence thresholds and provide data quality checks for radiation effects. No updates to HRS operational parameters are required in any of the data bases.
