In the present paper, some of the more interesting Venusian brightness profiles in the ultraviolet are presented and discussed. Measurements carried out near the morning and evening terminators of the planet point to the existence of a stratified nighttime cloud structure in the Venusian stratosphere. Measurements reveal an extended diffuse aerosol medium during daytime.
