A cold fusion phusor (spiral wound electrodes in very low-electrical conductivity heavy water) demonstration unit was shown at MIT during the week of August 24-29, 2003. The mean excess power gain (compared to an ohmic Joule control) during the week was 2.30±0.84 for electrical input powers of 120-750 mW. The system developed 338±67 mW of excess power.
