Background Radiation: Cosmic
Scientific paper
An alternative interpretation of the cosmic background radiation is
presented. Equations derived elsewhere are used to modify Planck's
black-body spectrum to include the light-energy loss effect. This causes
a redshift of the emission up to the point at which the residual
radiation becomes the cosmic background.
