Data obtained with the Prognoz-4 satellite are used to study intensity increases in 0.3-3 MeV electron fluxes in several energy regions during a solar-activity minimum. It is shown that intensity increases lasting several hours were observed in the transition region between the magnetopause and the interplanetary shock front. Differential energy spectra are obtained for the intensity increases, and the possible nature of the increases is considered.
