When the inclination on the sky plane of the orbit of a binary pulsar approaches 90°, the pulsar beam is, during a fraction of the orbital revolution, gravitationally deviated by the companion. We study the effects of this deviation on the pulsar timing formula. Of particular interest is then the apparition of a rotational phase dependent time delay (in short "rotation time delay"), comparable in magnitude with the aberration time delay and present even if there is no spin precession of the pulsar. Combined with the aberration time delay it is able to provide more precisely the full 3D information on the pulsar rotation axis.
