The latest results of CMD-2 data analysis have been discussed. Data were
collected at e+e- VEPP-2M collider in 0.4-1.4 GeV
c.m. energy range. New measurements of pion formfactor, four pions cross
sections as well as new ϕ-resonance study in 3π and
K+K- modes have been presented.
