This talk reviews physics related to the muon decay parameter
Pμξ, whose current measured value of 1.003 ±
0.008 will be improved by TWIST to a final accuracy about an order of
magnitude better. The status of analysis of systematic uncertainties in
the measurement of Pμξ is presented.
