The kinematic solar wind model HAFv2 and the MHD solar wind model HHMS continuously receive solar observational data to produce a time series of the 3D configuration of the interplanetary medium. With these two 3D models we have tracked the effects of solar transients into the outer heliosphere and heliosheath. In this paper, we examine the plasma, magnetic field, and energetic particle measurements at the Voyager spacecraft in the context of the modeled solar transients.
