We have calculated the spectrum of diffuse radiation in the energy region 0.1KeV to 500MeV, which arises from the decay of antiprotons in the Symmetric Universe. Among the few features noticed in this calculated spectrum, the cut-off above 450MeV is the most important one. If this feature is identified in the future observations as an `edge' in the diffuse spectrum, it will provide the evidence for the Symmetric Universe. It will also allow the determination of the life time of antiprotons and provide the first evidence for CPT violation. From a comparison with the available data, we estimate the partial life time of an antiproton as >3x10^24^s, if we live in a symmetric universe. This limit is 17 orders of magnitude better than that obtained from direct experiments and is about 16 orders of magnitude smaller than the limit set for protons.
