Semileptonic decays provide excellent laboratories for extraction of CKM matrix elements and crucial tests of new theoretical methods for calculating QCD parameters. CLEO-c has made precision measurements of the pseudoscalar decay modes D → Keν and D → πeν. Analyses of D semileptonic vector decays have also been performed, and CLEO-c has seen the first signals of two rare semileptonic decays. Preliminary results are available from a 281pb-1 sample, and data taking is currently underway to increase the data size.
