The FIR camera (PHT-C) of ISOPHOT was calibrated in- orbit using known point sources. Temporal responsivity drifts of the detectors were corrected by using an Internal Fine Cal- ibration Source (FCS) as stable reference. This paper will re- view the principles of PHT-C signal processing and calibration with particular emphasis on P32 raster mapping.
