The parameters which determine the galactic cosmic rays modulation in interplanetary space are studied. The analytic solution with an independent calculation of the energy losses is given for the particle energy above 100 MeV for the isotropic diffusion propagation. This solution agrees with the numerical calculations of the modulation equation. The rigidity dependence of the diffusion coefficient has been obtained from power spectra of the interplanetary magnetic field. The heliolatitudinal distribution of the diffusion coefficient and the solar wind velocity made a sufficient contribution to the change of modulation depth during the 11-year cycle of the solar activity.
