We have monitored the integrated 5-GHz radio emission, including the complete polarization state as well as the flux density, of 15 compact radio sources for a period of 27 months. In the data presented herein there are several examples of interesting time variations. However, the diverse behavior and other properties of the sources defy any satisfactory generalizations regarding mechanisms. Instead we are led to a discussion of the individual sources separately.
