Based on the Washington and Greenwich meridian observations of the Sun made in 1925 - 1982 the author estimated the angles of mutual orientation of the axes of the coordinate systems realized by FK5, DE200, and DE403, as well as the corrections for the Earth's orbital elements. Good agreement between these estimates for the theories DE200 and DE403 testifies the differences between these theories of motion are insignificant. The conclusion is made that the effect of non-precessional equinox motion is real and the magnitude of the effect adopted in the construction of FK5 is overestimated. The estimates of the effect and their accuracy are found to depend on the technique and the accuracy of the constant of precession adopted as well as on the irregularity of Brouwer's time scale. The angels of mutual orientation of coordinate axes of the ICRS system and the system realized by DE403 are determined.
