Results of analysis of a new type of event in the Pc1-2 frequency range are presented, the data being mainly from observatories at Mirny, Heiss and Borok for the years 1971-1972. Several new features for these specific events of Pc1-2 pulsations typical for the polar cap were established. A variant of interpretation of this phenomenon is given on the basis of plasma beam instability.
