An aerial survey camera, a control unit to provide overlap ratios of serial exposures, and a navigation telescope for use during aerial reconnaissance missions are described. The survey camera, which has a focal length of 304 mm and a field angle of 54 deg, can be used for black and white or color photography on films that are light sensitive from the visible to the near infrared range. The control unit is innovative in that it permits a lower minimum height for sequential exposures than practicable with previous devices. The navigation telescope provides a preview equivalent to about six flight altitudes.
