Extent of spin-up of hot neutron stars just born, during the subsequent
cooling stage due to neutrino diffusion, is studied. As a result of the
cooling down to cold normal (pion-condensed) stars, about (20 ~ 25) ((50
~ 90))% increase of rotation rate is found. A comment on the maximum
rotation rate is given.
