A measurement of the angular spectrum of the anisotropy of the cosmic microwave background (CMB) at 30 40 GHz between ℓ = 60 and ℓ = 200 is presented. The data show a rise in the angular spectrum to ≈85 pK at ℓ = 200. This result comes from a combined analysis of the first and second campaigns of the Mobile Anisotropy Telescope (MAT) in Cerro Tocco, Chile. The level of foreground contamination is assessed.
