Spectral line inversion techniques developed by Hearn and Holt (1973), in which the total source function is represented by piecewise linear segments in the line center optical depth, are presently used to analyze profiles of the O I 7773 triplet having a spatial resolution of about 0.5 arcsec. Microturbulence values are found which are in good agreement with those found by Blackwell and Shallis (1979). The velocity gradients have the same signs in upflows and downflows.
