BTeV and LHC-B are experiments being proposed to study $b$ and $c$ quark
decays in hadron-hadron collisions with the aims to look for new phenomena
beyond the Standard Model and to measure Standard Model parameters including
CKM elements and decay constants. The physics goals, required detection
techniques and simulations will be discussed.
