Using the spectrographic global survey method and the trajectory-tracing technique for cosmic rays in the magnetospheric magnetic field, theoretical and experimental cutoff rigidities have been determined for selected mid and low latitude locations for disturbed period of January 9-15, 1997. The Tsyganenko's model (2001-2003) Ts03 have been used for magnetospheric magnetic field representation. Relations of the theoretical and experimental cutoff rigidities obtained with Dst-variation and interplanetary parameters that are input ones for theTs03 were studied.
