Supernovae which involve the prompt formation of a hyper-accreting black hole are increasingly emerging as important events. In addition to likely powering long duration Gamma Ray Bursts, these SNe are characterized by interesting nucleosynthesis and neutrino production. Iron group nuclei, N=50 closed shell nuclei, and some r-process nuclei may be synthesized in outflows from the accretion disk surrounding the central black hole. Light nuclei, and in particular potentially detectable amounts of deuterium, are synthesized in the high entropy outflow originating very near the hole. Multi-GeV neutrinos arise from inelastic neutron-nucleon collisions occurring as the outgoing GRB jet punches through the stellar mantle. These neutrinos carry away about 20history of the jet shocking within the star.
