The equation of state (EOS) of dense neutron-rich matter has many important astrophysical implications on, such as, the nucleosynthesis in pre-supernova evolution of massive stars, mechanisms of supernova explosion, cooling mechanisms of protoneutron stars, kaon condensation and quark-hadron phae transition in neutron stars. However, our knowledge about the EOS of neutron-rich matter, especially at high densities, remains very poor. Nuclear reactions induced by high energy radioactive beams provide a unique opportunity to extract crucial information about the EOS of dense neutron-rich matter. In this talk, several promising probes of the EOS of dense neutron-rich matter based on isospin- and momentum-dependent transport theory, will be discussed.
