Radio astronomic methods used in astrophysics were studied. These methods make it possible to record the radiation of space objects over a wide range of radio waves and to assess their physical properties. In most cases the intrinsic emission of radio sources is small, which puts heavy demands on the sensitivity of radiotelescopes. The minimally detected flow density agrees with radiotelescopic parameters. The radiometer with the quantum paramagnetic traveling wave amplifier of 8 centimeter range was developed. The radiometer and the first observation results are described.
