It is theoretically shown that at least seven of the nine rings of Uranus have orbits inclined to the equatorial plane of the planet. To the existing model of the Uranian rings, free parameters for the inclination of the rings and for the angle between the line of nodes of the ring orbit and a common reference line in the equatorial plane were added. An available set of occultation timings and expressions for the precession and nodal regression were combined, and an excellent fit was obtained.
