We describe a project to achieve a large scale, high angular resolution, ultra deep survey in the 2.3-10 μm range from the Italo-French Antarctic Station CONCORDIA at Dôme C. It would extend the recently achieved 2-μm surveys toward a still little explored spectral range at large scale. A passively cooled 3-meter collector equipped with a mosaic of arrays would provide better sensitivity and angular resolution than IRAC on board Spitzer and the WISE mission, and single out new targets for Herschel, ALMA and the JWST. The new proposed instrument will be extremely powerful, e.g., for the quest of very low luminosity stars, extreme AGB-stars, deep exploration of highly obscured regions in galaxies.
