Scientific paper

A characterization of the NICMOS Point Spread Function on-orbit is
desired. This program will allow measurement of the encircled energy as
a function of radius for stellar objects at both short and long
wavelengths in the NICMOS bandpass, and provide some PSF images for a
PSF library.
