A model independent constraint is derived for the supersymmetric electroweak model broken via Coleman-Weinberg mechanism such that the phase transition occurs through tunnelling and the generated entropy is compatible with efficient baryogenesis scenarios. It is shown that the constraint rules out models with a low scale of supersymmetry breaking.
