For galactic elliptical disks with quadratic gravitational potential in binary systems, equilibrium solutions are obtained to the noncollisional kinetic equation with a selfconsistent field. The companion is taken into account in a tidal approximation, preserving quadraticity of the potential. Stability of the solutions is investigated relative to bar-like perturbations corresponding to transitions between ellipses of different shape and oscillations of ellipses in the plane of symmetry. Aperiodic instabilities are shown to exist in binary systems, which are absent in single disks.
