We propose to image a sample of 6 clusters of galaxies at moderate redshift in UBVRI and JHK in order to derive infrared luminosity functions for galaxies and color-magnitude relations. Our purpose is to ascertain the effects of environment on the mass function of galaxies and to consider the universality of the color-magnitude relation. The sample spans a large range of Abell richness classes, and Bautz-Morgan types, and is therefore suitable for an analysis of environmental effects on galaxies: in addition, our sample of clusters will have secure membership information from the 2DF redshift survey.
