The characteristic features of the space-time picture of the solar wind at large distances from the sun is studied on the basis of solar wind velocity data for 1972-1976. The spatial structure of the solar wind was found to be significantly dependent on solar latitude. The solar-latitude-dependent structure of solar wind velocities is related to large-scale characteristics of the distribution of mass fluxes and magnetic fields in the photosphere and corona. The evolution of these features in different periods of the solar activity cycle is examined.
