We obtained spectra (320-1000 nm) of two ROTSE-III supernova candidates using the 5.1-m Palomar telescope (+DBSP) on March 18.4 UT. We find ROTSE3 J114340.5+485056 (ATel #2481) to be a normal Type Ia supernova a few days past maximum at a redshift of approximately z=0.08. In this frame, the minimum of the SiII (rest 635.5 nm) line is blue shifted by about 13,000 km/s. ROTSE3 J125708.9-172527 (ATel #2485) is also a Type Ia supernova around maximum.
