If it becomes possible to test general relativity by laboratory experiments on rotation, the ratios of mass to angular momentum per unit mass are likely to be extremely small. Solutions for a rotating body with low m/a are therefore of interest. Here I discuss Papapetrou’s exact solution, which has zero mass and arbitrary angular momentum.
