We describe the twisted space-time symmetries which imply the quantum
Poincar\'{e} covariance of noncommutative Minkowski spaces, with constant, Lie
algebraic and quadratic commutators. Further we present the relativistic and
nonrelativistic particle models invariant respectively under twisted
relativistic and twisted Galilean symmetries.
