Translational-rotational motions of two deformable planets are investigated in the limited three-body problem. It is confirmed that tidal evolution creates a tendency to commensurability between the mean angular velocities of the rotational and orbital motions. It is found that there is an effect in which the symmetry axis of a dynamically deformable planet deviates from the line joining the centers of mass of the planets through a small angle proportional to the parameters that determine the viscoelastic properties of the planet.
