Evidence is mounting that some OB stars have magnetic fields. Although modest in terms of dominating wind flow, they are strong enough to influence the flow. Our proposal seeks to expand our understanding of shock physics in magnetized line-driven winds by enlarging the sample of magnetic stars that have been studied at X-ray energies. Our study will obtain a total of 85 ksec of EPIC spectra for 5 OB stars with detected fields around 100 Gauss to constrain the range of hot plasma temperatures and differential emission measures.
