A new balloon-borne instrument is proposed which will allow the polarisation of gamma-rays in the energy range 30-200keV to be measured. A diverse variety of astrophysical sources, such as Active Galactic Nuclei, pulsars and Galactic X-ray binaries are expected to emit polarised gamma-rays. Studies of their polarisation properties will provide a new and powerful probe of the geometry and physical conditions in these sources.
