We present the results of time series of spectroscopic observations for a sample of 22 Slowly Pulsating B stars(SPBs), which were discovered from the HIPPARCOS mission. The observations were carried out using Okayama-1.88m telescope and HIDES (HIgh Dispersion Echelle Spectrograph) with the aim to detect line-profile variability and to confirm pulsation nature of these target stars. Line-profile variation was detected in twelve SPBs and suspected in another five stars. We also confirmed five spectroscopic binaries and four suspected ones.
