Effects of the magnetic field on seismic waves are reexamined. We define
a fourth-order tensor which is expressed in terms of the magnetic field.
Free oscillations are described by the integral which is quadratic form
in the spatial derivative of the displacement with coupling by the
fourth-order tensor.
