The inflowing interstellar neutral helium atoms form, under solar gravitation, a cone of high He concentration in the wake of Sun's motion relative to the local interstellar medium (LISM). This helium cone has been detected as an intense source of He+ pickup ions. ACE/SWICS, which is capable of detecting He+ pickup ions, has six passages through the He cone in the winters of 1997-2002, a significant portion of the current solar cycle. We report on the time variation of the concentrations of the He cone as observed by ACE/SWICS during this period. We further discuss the effect of the solar cycle on inflowing LISM helium.
