The consequences for the universe as a whole on condition of the validity of the results obtained recently by Frolov et al. are considered. For the concrete realization of the principal postulate obtained by Frolov et al., the absence of the collapsing body singularity, (1) the hypothesis about the existence in nature of an asymptotical freedom of gravitational interactions is assumed, which automatically leads to arising of the vacuum Λ-type term; (2) it is assumed that both the Λ-type term decay in the process of inflation and the Λ-term reconstruction in the process of collapse take place by means of mini black holes.
