We discuss the generalization of the Schwarzschild solution of General Relativity to an (N + M)-dimensional quasi-Riemannian theory with tangent space groupSO(1,N-1)×SO(M). We find some regular blackhole solutions whose horizon has a topologySN-2×S M, but which are not asymptotically flat. We also discuss the dimensional reduction of the theory
