The space distribution function of low energy anomalous cosmic ray (ACR) ions is calculated by solving the diffusion and convection problem on the background of fixed steady flow of the heliosheath plasma. The ACR ions are found to concentrate mainly in the heliotail region. The possibility of observing the resulting pattern by means of the energetic neutral atoms (ENA) produced by the ions transcharging on the interstellar H/He background is discussed.
