In the previous geostationary catalog 1994 a possibility to calculate the evolution of orbital data with the aid of the initial improved orbits for a long-term interval was shown. This catalog was used for the identification of 12 000 photographic observations and for the ephemeris prediction. The new catalog of improved orbits is based on a more precise motion theory, the orbits derived from observations, the orbital data, published by European Space Operations Centre in issues ``Log of objects near the geostationary ring'' and NASA Two-Line Elements from US Space Command (via NASA Goddard Space Flight Center) received by Internet. The improved orbit permits to represent all the used osculating orbits during the time interval of more than thousand days with the accuracy of 0.02 deg-0.05 deg. For easier use of the Catalog by observers and investigators, its electronic version is prepared, which contains both the improved orbits and the software for the orbital evolution of uncontrolled (nonfunctional) geostationary satellites.
