The problems of stationarity of high Mach number quasiperpendicular collisionless shocks are discussed. The data of particle and wave experiments of Intershock-Prognoz-10 and Prognoz-8 are used to support the hypothesis that high Mach number shocks are nonstationary and their parameters can have quasiperiodical time variations. The problems of computer simulation of dynamics of high Mach number shocks are also discussed.
